I'm having a really hard time connecting with this one. It's taken me 3 days to get to 28%. Not sure if I've just read to many Alice Winters books lately or if it's just my brain being a jerk. I generally like this author and friends have enjoyed this book. Hrm

I’m taking a quick break from VRC to try out another of her series. I believe I still have 1 of the Hitmans Guide left, 2 VRCs left and 2 more Demon Magic books left. It’s nice to have some variety, but sticking with the familiarity of Alice Winters writing style.

I believe there’s still 2-3 series of her left after this..
