Cute, but over much too soon. Relationship development was rushed, I feel.

He's setting himself up for major embarrassment. I know it. Stu is probably a self made millionaire or something...

But after a perfect first date with Stu Harrison? Well, eight-year-old me couldn’t have imagined something so amazing. Except maybe getting the toy in the bottom of the cereal box. Stu was the adult equivalent of a plastic cereal toy.
I wondered if he was also a choking hazard.

Why do I have that worrying feeling that Stu isn't as poor and unsuccessful as Charlie believes him to be, LOL.

Does the author think arrogant behavior is endearing?
The MC Charlie wants to meet up with Stu, who he had a crush on in high school and at the moment works as an elf at the mall, while Charlie is unemployed.
