While this is a really great book the angst in it is just a bit too high for me at the moment. Only because the last 3 books I've read were all either high angst or extremely sad and my emotions are feeling burnt out. So I think I'll take a day or two before finishing it. Which truly suckeths because I love this book and want to see how it ends.😢

Not sure how I am liking this book. So far, it is just filled with shifters getting abused. Lots of hurt/comfort going on. It mostly has a melancholic feel to it. I hope the tone picks up. I'm honestly getting a bit bored.
