FMC kinda pissed me off with all her faux independence and the drama with kat who we barely even got to rad much interaction just her constantly MIA and then getting assaulted. The last part of the book dragged with FMC going back to the club and asking her boss who was trash for a chance to teach the girls to dance just seemed dumb to me

This was decent especially in the beginning. I liked that mmc fell for FMC almost immediately. I kinda wished he would’ve pursued her harder but that was okay. I love a baseball mmc especially a black one, sign me up. I liked delayed spice though once we got it the writing a was a bit confusing with what was happening.

I really love the love that Nick had for his Ev-Angel, he really wanted to do for her and though it wasn't how he shouldn't have gone about it knowing her personality, I couldn't help but think that it was so beautiful that he cared enough to want to shoulder the burden for her. Both were a little stubborn, def Evie, however they def were figuring it out in the end.
