พวกเราเป็นกรดไหลย้อน เพราะเคี้ยวไม่ละเอียด คงรู้กันอยู่ละ แต่เล่มนี้บอกเพราะรีบกิน น้ำลายในปากเลยยังออกมาไม่เยอะด้วย พอลงไปกะเพาะเลยทำงานหนักกว่าที่ควรเป็น คนเขียนที่เป็นหมอเลยแนะนำว่าลองอมข้าว 15 วิ ก่อนเคี้ยวดู 55555 เพราะน้ำลายมันจะออกมาฉ่ำกว่ารีบเคี้ยวรีบกินแน่นอน
