I often heard of cases where parents had worked hard to leave plenty behind to provide for their disabled children, but because those children had died without ever having kids of their own, it all went to the treasury. If those who were so aggrieved by disabled people not contributing to society and gobbling up everyone’s benefit money knew about this, would it assuage their concerns a little?

I had to assume that people didn’t know how to respond to a more or less bedbound woman with a serious disability who’s constantly tweeting things like:
“In another life, I’d like to work as a high-class prostitute.”

Considering how many of us have
ADHD, it's shocking how poorly understood the condition is. Some people might think you're lazy or rude, but those of us with ADHD know better.

The main heroine is neurodivergent, and somehow it triggers me :D
Anyway, looking fwd to know how this book will end.
