Not sure why, but I haven't listened to an audiobook in ages! Libby to the rescue and finally starting a series I've been eyeing for ages. The un-cute meet hasn't even happened yet and I already care about our FMC and am cautiously interested in our MMC 🤞

I can honestly say that I felt unadulterated hatred for Denver for the first 35-40% of this book... even knowing the cause of his misery and backstory, I couldn't excuse what a raging asshole he was. I find myself warming to him... let's see 👀

I like the book despite currently despising the MMC. Grumpy and dark is one thing, but if this man isn't a RAGING asshole. Curious if he can be redeemed!

Ok so I hate cheating and OW drama and even though it is not w MMC, maybe it felt like a little too much detail with her ex-fiancé and her finding out on page?! Meh I'm going to keep going bc already Dimitri is pure tattooed, protective grumpiness
