I usually don't do this but I can't help it. I'm so disappointed with this book right now. I started this book and was LOVING it. Absolutely LOVING it. Now I'm so disgusted with the h. What a f#cking idiot. I'm trying to finish this book. I'm going to give it another 10% and if this idiot doesn't smarten up, then this book will definitely be a DNF for me and will be getting 1 star from my ass.

I don't usually do this but I felt it necessary to review while reading. First let me say that I don't usually like male author romance books. Not that I'm discriminating, but because when I do read them, they lack the emotional connection I like when reading. That being said, kudos to Scott. gah this book is nothing like the first book. It's like a whole different story and different characters. The personalities and story I feel in love with in the first book is not in this one.

Gah this is painful. I'm almost half way done and I want this thing over with. Not a bad book per say but not my cup of tea. It's not reading like a romance but a comedy about annoying siblings and ex's. Hardly and story on the H&h

what on earth is going on here? how do I say my thoughts so far without giving away spoilers. I'm only 15% in and we already have too much going on. on top of that, it's unrealistic. I'm going to read a little more and hopefully this crap improves

What the hell am I reading? I usually like Jenika Snow books but this is a huge exception to that list. This girl is just DUMB. I wish I could say more but don't know how without adding spoilers.

Ok I just realized that this is more of a suspense who done it than it is a romance so I can’t be upset that it’s dragging on the romance part. I’ll try to finish reading it. Not that I have a problem with suspense. Love it actually but I’m in the mood for romance.

Ok, not sure I'm liking where this is going. First problem....They seem really immature to me. Like if they're a bunch of high schoolers. Second issue....where the hell are the contractions? Who speaks like that? We use contractions when we speak so it just sounds funny when it's not being used on sentences everyone I know would use them on. Especially with the maturity, these "kids" are showing.

So far I'm not happy with this book. What's up with authors thinking we fall for guys who treat us like crap? I notice this is something normal to all her books.

Am currently very frustrated with this book. No let me correct that. I'm very frustrated with Brynna. WTH lady??? I can't almost tolerate stubborn woman who put their life at risk but when you have children and you still want to be a PITA about protection from a mafioso gang out to kill you and your children, you do as you say and with open arms and no complaints. Gosh, can we write about strong SMART women?
