ok their story was really cute. childhood best friends turned lovers with a serial killer dad and an attempted murder on the boys. i was thinking that dr corbin was gonna be an associate of the dads, that woulda been a cool twist but it was a better reveal having it be one of his victims.

i’m liking it so far. it’s a little much having to switch between different characters and couples so frequently, but it’s overall ok. i so though rhys and vince were having a little something on the side, in a way i’m not wrong… but i so need to know what’s up with those tunnels. the wax ppl being real ppl was really cool, wry house of wax and i’m liking it. lowkey might read that m/f story.

i hate luke. seb too but he was an unwilling participant but i can still hate him. i’m glad that bitch melanie died. ugh she’s so annoying. it’s funny how she probably had to stew in her anger for two years and befriend milo, but she was prob torturing jay so it was worthwhile for her. it would’ve been more painful if milo was the one to torture jay, would’ve made it way more emotional.

i’m so confused. there’s too many ppl to focus on. elliot is trans and got his kidney stolen and is now working with the ppl who stole it. ash is a bible thumper who wants to die and suicide is a no no so he “hired” jake to kill him but now jake can’t?? and then they do it? ivan and chris are still there but just as confusing as ever. i’m not understanding it

giving hannibal. i’m liking it so far but the timeline seems jumpy. like it goes from flashback to present to future multiple times all in the same chapter.

ok this is bothering me. she was stuck in their zoom meeting but somehow didn’t see what the guy looked like?? didn’t see the remarkable similarity to the downstairs neighbor she has?? ditto for him too! with the age of technology they have an how he “lets ai run his life” how could he not look up who victoria is… like be so for real.

i like how they’re actually talking about things in this book unlike zane and ty. i’m imagining preston as british and it’s soooo cute when he says sir to julian. this lancaster guy is gonna be a pain and i know it’ll bring julian and cameron back together but i can’t with the sadness that’s happening rn. i’m expecting some freak vibes when they get back together.

ok loving so far. i like how he’s essentially a gentle stalker. yeah he’s capable of dismantling security cameras and murdering up to 140 people in cold blood, but he’s also worried about hurting cameron. i like how blake works with both men and is able to comfort each one with regards to the other.
