I hate how lazy this writing is and how everyone just lets Arvelle get away with anything and everything.

I also really hate her name. It screams "try hard" -- like the author is trying too hard to give her a unique fantasy name.

Not super enjoying this Hunger Games but with vampires fantasy. Also, the author keeps trying to convince us of how high the stakes are, but she didn’t spend enough time world-building, so I honestly don’t even care what’s going on.
