I've read a LOT of manga--over 400 chapters/volumes--but this series has some of the most unique and intricate artwork I've ever come across. Up there with Junji Ito's work. The linework, the use of screentones and pure blacks--it's so chaotic but still so intentional. It's beautiful and absolutely PERFECT for a horror series
