I hate to put the cart before the horse but I feel it in my bones that the FMC is going to PMO! I’m only 20% in and she’s already tugging at the 1 good nerve I have left for 2025! I ho ho ho-pe (😂) that the MMC holds this selfish, entitled, lazy, childish acting lil ahh girl accountable. I’m doubtful but I’ve been wrong before!

Actually I’m current listening and I don’t know what this book is about 🤷🏾‍♀️. There’s a lot of mini stories that don’t make sense because they’re incomplete. Like the scene where they were drugged…why was that writing into the story. I’m trying to finish because I paid for it but….it’s taking a lot of effort!

I’m listening to this via audible and I have every single intention of reading this as well. I’m in love with the characters, the storyline, the everything!!!!!

Female Elliot needs to get it together. I’m still sitting with her while she questions every step she takes and it’s time for her to put her big girl undies on and stand up for herself. It’s taking forever to get through thisssssss ughhhh! She moved across the country for a new start and still mourning the ppl who hurt her and questioning everything. Like girl come on!

I’m not going to finish this book. This confirms that I need to take a break from this genre. As of late most of the books I’ve read lack consistency and character development. Writers are putting more details into the wrong things. Spare me the details of their shower routine and tell me why either character all of a sudden feels a connection to each other.

What is this book even about?

Going to DNF this for now. Maybe I’m not in the right mood to read this book. It feels very juvenile. I’ll possibly go back to it later.

First impression? This prologue w/the strippers and his dad is giving me the ick…to be continued.

I’m likely not going to finish this book. I wish the author would have put more effort into the storyline. There’s so many areas where I wanted her to dive deeper into the story but she fell short. There’s a lot of nothing happening.

This book is so blah. I don’t intend on reading part 2.

This is somewhat of a bland read for me. I’m only 40% through and I’m not impressed. It’s incomplete. The story doesn’t connect. What I believe makes a good read is for there to be an actual story to tell. It’s as if the author only set the scene and left it there.

DNF’d at 9% I didn’t find it interesting at all. Maybe I’ll circle back.

Seriously about to DNF this because what the heck is going on? I don’t see any character development. Like other than them having a rough upbringing the Nina ain’t said nothing else. And the s3x scenes are all over the place. The biggest pet peeve is these girls have no control over their emotions and stay putting their hands on people. SMH yea I’m gonna DNF

This writer is all over the place. I have no idea what’s going on in this book. The grammatical errors are sending me.

I haven't picked this book up since I bought it. I suppose Christian self help books just aren't for me. Eventually I will press thru this and try again.
