I really want to finish this book, but I don't think I can. I don't know why this author's books are never formatted right. The font size changes almost every chapter and it drives me crazy!! I have to keep adjusting to read, but I think I'm over it. It's really distracting, and especially for a mystery with so many plotlines and characters. I'm giving up. I really enjoy this author, but cannot continue.

I just started this and I'm already annoyed! The MC, Riggs just blundered and cost his company their biggest account, and doesn't seen sorry at all!!? He works for a security firm, and isn't reputation really important? I understand people make mistakes, but they usually feel bad about it. This guy is arguing about it to his boss, and former CO (he supposedly respects). I hope this gets better.

This MC is on my last nerve. If he doesn't start showing a sliver of a redeeming quality, I'm going to have to DNF this book. The other MC isn't really helping either.

I definitely picked the wrong book to start right before going to bed. Getting into the mind of a serial killer!? Creepy as fuck!!😵😵😰

I'm so close to dnf this book. Both of these MCS are beyond annoying! Lia is 22, but acts like she is still 16. Yes she is a badass, but has the emotional maturity of a teenager with SEVERE anger mgt issues. If her brother was not her boss, I can't imagine another security firm ever hiring her. She's more than a liability. Jonah is a super famous and rich rockstar who has no balls. I am going to try and finish this!

I just started, and I'm already annoyed. I'm pretty sure when you're held at gunpoint and subdue the attacker, the police need a statement. You don't get to leave the scene, especially when you've handled the gun!😤 Ugh!!?

I'm very disappointed the author made the female assassin use poison as her signature. Too cliche!😖 So far this book is super oddball!?😕

I'm not a huge lover of bdsm or Daddy kink, but I am a huge fan of this author. I have loved everything I've read by her. I'm hoping that will bring instrumental in liking this book.🙏
