Still reading and loving! I’m finding I’m having to take my time with this one. There’s ALOT to digest, from the world building and all the different POV’s and flashbacks, from the *intense* fight scenes and shocking moments of violence + depravity. There’s a few heart warming and funny moments, but I just reached a part that ripped my heart from my chest 😅 so good, but yeah it’s a lot!!

When I read about this book, I thought “oh the black death is scary, cool!” Thinking it was historical horror fiction. Wrong! Complete boschian nightmare
