There may or may not be a cloak or two on my Amazon "saved for later" list. May or may not have been for a few years now. 😉 Perhaps one day!
Part of me wants to dress up in a POC-themed way and get the silver one, but there's a green cloak that also looks suitably dramatic. Interestingly enough, though, my favorite color is pink.
As of now, I do have a white wintry cloak-like item. I also received a delightful multifaceted gift this year involving a strawberry motif. My friend offered the opinion that, among various possible uses, it could be a cloak. Perhaps it's my destiny in life to make strawberries cloaks a thing. ;) After all, they are the best fruit ever! Anyway, I digress . . .)

I would love to see a horde of writers in cloaks descend on a grocery store just because we could.

Even though I'm a Trekkie, I haven't been to any official conventions. But I did attend a RenFaire a couple of years or so ago. I dressed up as a pirate and got to hold an owl. Good times. :)
Linetta's dresses are honestly wish fulfillment, too lol! Especially the pink ballgown, but I don't think you've gotten to that one yet, based on your live updates.
