Much of this I feel I’ve heard of in some capacity online, so it’s nice to have it all laid out with evidence and in a logical order

I’m agreeing with most of this so far but I’m struggling to see how improving AI helps us advance as a society. It’s been proven that generative AI worsens our critical thinking and creativity, so how could we possibly create a society where we build and create, not consume, if we’re dependent on it?
