Glotka and the gang bought a rotting mansion in the slums and plan to torture people in it! starting with Rews and the assassin. They go on and on about mocking teeth out with a chisel which is beyond gross.

Logen screw is alive and well? They all bicker constantly and sorely lack the leadership L gave them. They kill a couple flatheads. Threetree is in charge but Dow challenges him. D is insane

It subsides as quickly as it started and Bayaz is now very tired. Blacktoe, wounded, dying is put out of his misery.

End of part 1

B tells them the the sorceress was able to watch them leave the library and see the direction they went. There best bet is to move slow and steady, hope they are not spotted, and leave some gas in the tank incase they need to get away.

They come across three men on horseback and two more close in behind them. The leader is a man called black toes that used to be at war with Bethod but has kneeled

J is given a talking to by G and wants to quit fencing, at this point he hasn’t mentioned the duel so maybe I misread that. He mopes around and finds a wizard although he doesn’t know that. The wizard says he would be sad if J quit and that it would lead him down the wrong path. J thinks he just some crazy

He goes to tell West and Adree absolutely roasts him for quitting. Angry, he goes to prove them wrong

He arrives with his hulking son and a sorcerous who has “The golden voice” when she talks L is put under a spell and he trusts her with his life. The head wizard is not swayed though and pushes past teases the king. He won’t join up which means war. There is a whole bunch of threatening involved.

Somewhere in this we got a lore dump about how Logen is dangerous and a bad person

This obviously doesn’t jive with the people who control Angland so they refuse. Then envoys then offer a 1v1 contest to settle the matter and look for someone to fight the hulking man. He takes off his shop and reveals twisted features with tight blue tattoos, writing covering the entire left side of his body. The man yells in defiance and it scares the crowd due to the volume.
