“forgiveness isn’t forgetting. I have forgiven her— I did last night. But I’d have to have no memory to let her hurt me again.” every paragraph is written with sentences this bad OR WORSE. and yes the paragraphs are 3 sentences each, no longer.

every chapter ends with a really obtuse conversation, which itself ends with them getting interrupted by some plot moving device, which ends up being basically no issue in the next chapter. yayyyy.
