I believe this book is a must read for anyone going through a contentious and hostile divorce. Radical acceptance is a game changer. Excited to keep going to the end and applying some of the techniques from the book to my life.

I’m digging it. Definitely helpful on identifying past situations I’ve been in and some of my own patterns.

The book so far has clearly defined some of the key terms of narcissistic tendencies and traits. I’ve benefited from listening to this as it helps to put into perspective what I’ve been through and past significant others have as well. One quote that I’ll butcher as I’m listening not reading is “it would be easier to love if there was a shared definition” I thought this was meaningful to hear.
