Not as much progress as I had hoped for the day, but the book is very good so far. I’d argue the cast of characters is the most compelling of the Crichton I have read thus far. Plus the developments of questions is quite fun

Short part 1 done. Better than most of the Crichton beginnings, tho doesn’t hold a candle to Congo’s, but I’m definitely interested. Happy to be reading the Crichton vibe again tho for sure.
