This book fucking rocks. The descriptions of the devils being like medieval nightmares, like something out of the tapestries they made are so inventive and cool, it’s biblical without that preachy feeling, the characters are so real and raw yet still human and kind despite it all, so good

Man fuck that fish thing, I wish this book had illustrations so I could see just how fucked up it was, it sounds like something right out of a medieval tapestry
