Got sun screen in my eyes and they’ve hurted all day :(

You know what this book reminds me of? A shitty fanfic that hasn’t learned how to use dialogue yet, doesn’t really have anything going on, and loves to over describe literally fucking everything.

At least I’m learning everything I’d want to avoid in my own writing. Also the fact it doesn’t use quotations for dialogue just kinda enmeshes it into the paragraph and it annoys me much.

I literally can barely get past a page or two before wanting to put it down

I saw someone else describe it as reading a 200 monologue of a high person telling you about how amazing the earth is over and over in slightly different ways and yeahs that’s perfectly describes this book so far, nothing interesting to say
