Now that I have procrastinated, time to whip this place into shape before the fam comes over tonight. they fly home tomorrow, love them but not the ideal time for a visit this year lmao. Long day, I wish I was feeling more patient or graceful. sometimes over these last 6 months I feel like the butt of an extremely unfunny joke. it's a familiar and painful feeling. it also feels incredibly unfair that isolation/silence was apparently a requirement that applied only for me. I read some of this on the couch and fell asleep and now I'm just up. Time check: 2 AM lol. Also less than 100 pages from the end of this one (idk what 432 pages is talking about) & it's good! I'm enjoying and find myself wishing that Anne had lived to write more.
