fully expected this but yeah, they can't write women. (i've been woke and reading queer works for too long.) the plot is also going quite slow so far to introduce every single party that'll be involved in the trilogy. also the author really likes his 'one line in a separate paragraph as emphasis' writing quirk and i'm Sick of it

It's a blessing and a curse to have been spoiled by queer-centric and intersectional works. Nothing else will do once you get used to that standard 😩
