At any time, due to retaliation, inability to address own racism, peoples citizenship + movement can be affected even if you’re born here. It’s just as much ours as theirs. We’re supposed to be protected, especially the sick + disabled, not weaken or justify absence of protections. Equality Act 2010 was made for us.

“The denial of civil liberties are meant, in the main, to be hidden from public view”. Regarding policing. A few months ago, i had gone to the police station, I was told by front desk I’ll be seen shortly. Then a woman took over front desk, a mock play happened where people approached with issues that weren’t criminal at all, where she directed them all away instead of hearing them. The ordinary process is 1

The police beating up people then lying and charging people with the offences that they themselves actually committed is so… abuse of power. Absolute abuse of power because they control and record the evidence. News, media, etc, this is always a reminder how with ability and influence, history can be rewritten and even harm done is projected and villain to victim done by those who have enforcement power.

In 1972, 4 young black men, who also happened to be members of a radical black organisation, were imprisoned for 2 years each, while having no stolen items on them + maintained their innocence. They were released a year early. My Prophet (SAWS) would have addressed the issue of radicalisation & not falsely imprisoned. I’d gather Jesus, Isa (AS), who healed people, would not approve of this either.

In 1998, a law, I believe, was said to be abolished, however, it remains in effect, particularly wielded by white people against a non white person. With it being illegitimately applying sharia law having engineered the situation on a disabled person to hand over responsibility to sharia law instead, while, in actuality, it originated from historic barbaric practices.

A boycott of bus services led to the dissolution of disqualifying black people from being recruited into the bus industry. That’s wonderful. People working together to create meaningful changes. Peaceful resistance through boycotting bus services. In autobiography of Malcolm X, he spoke about how everyone lined up to free a person or stop a person from being harmed. The act of collective peaceful resistance worked.

Stationed in India, yk. Then picking up + disposing of black + brown people at its own convenience. This 1st happened in response to race riots where repatriation drives were the response. If done today or future, anyone indignant would leave using their white privilege for good. The race relations board created to hear complaints but existed for posturing purposes. Most black + Asian people didn’t know about it.

Acts of discrimination under the race relations act 1965 was said to include an unreasonable delay in serving someone, overcharging, etc. Last year, a staff at a fish + chips shop made fun of me for lip reading, instead of being discouraged from disability discrimination, this year, they were made to overcharge me as retaliation from others. She was smiling so much. That’s both race + disability discrimination.

In Notting Hill, 1958, white people were arrested (not unequal in that sense) for racist attacks. But it was downplayed as ‘hooliganism’ by both parties and the original source ignored. This continues today in news publications, some which are noted for their lack of impartiality. My Prophet (SAWS), I feel, would have noted the source to be able to address the underlying issue to cultivate good race relations.

This passage makes me think how if I was white, maybe something would have been done about me being raped. It is known it happened by those who can do something but encouraged rapist to ‘clean up mess’ + perjwos wipes were perhaps an allusion (25) to his girl, I’m fearing retaliation. My Prophet (SAWS) + the sahabah’s, it is said that they gathered together to find the rapist to address what had happened.

Having limited to certain people, it forgets the underlying issue that these people were exposed to the west (for some, east) as a result of having entered other cultures + came here as a result. It’s so damning to take + appropriate.

So sad how some can lose their jobs because they spoke about being subjected to sexual assault and then have it rebranded 🌻 my Prophet (SAWS) I feel would have addressed racism not asked people to uproot themselves and if there was an important issue of serious consequence to the person, may have directly encouraged those with responsibility over the person, actual responsibility in that field, to speak to them to address any issues. He would have encouraged to protect the weak, sick and needy, not limit protections or justify absence of protections, he would have encouraged them to follow the laws themselves, the equality act for disabled people, and told them to address sexual assault, not remove the person speaking about it. He would not encourage taking from other cultures and people (that is theft and / human trafficking) and then having limits as to who can receive from themselves.
He would not encourage the use of astrology in adverts and social media deliberately (adhering to it instead of discouraging it once addressed and continuing happily) because exposure could lead to and encourage Muslims and non Muslims to assign partners to God and believe in divinity and it could affect many peoples akhirah. Caring about your own people who serve you, especially Muslims, means not associating them with astrological signs or exposing them to it further.
Absolute levels of evil how in retaliation the free movement of people can be removed. Whichever state does that needs to be destroyed unless they immediately restore the full rights of that person. My Prophet (SAWS) was able to escape persecution by the Quraysh, so states that limit movement retaliating against citizens who have spoken about things from SA, discrimination, critical information etc are beyond horrific especially ones who then engineer situations to justify it which means they know there is no justification and they’re retaliating for speech. Shame on those who help human rights violations operate, Muslims should not get their income that way either. When an issue was speech was identified, it should have been mediated from the start. Nauthubillah. By the way, in such cases of state retaliation, malware can be installed (that can be done by state, it is usually the state) and keyboards taken over, with significant aspects taken over, the method in itself, the scale in itself reveals itself and is a tell that it is state retaliation. Eg relatives name displaying on keyboard, this would have to be known and given the resources behind it, to even initiate such a thing that would require both knowledge and power - the very thing itself is a reveal of state surveillance.
May Allah (SWT) destroy the movement of those who remove free movement in retaliation and conceal the real reason as speech about their own behaviour. Such people should be destroyed, may Allah (SWT) take their life for taking a persons life and movement. Ameen. Makes me angry beyond measure.
This also is inextricably linked to right to vote eg civil rights movement to demand constitutional rights to vote. It’s so unbelievably racist to remove it from any black and Asian person. So incredibly racist, there is no way to think of it as racist. Even if white people were also removed it, it would be an attempt to establish see it’s not race, but the originating source was it was done to a non white person. The act of removing constitutional right to vote is so retaliatory and absolutely evil. May God destroy nations who do this. Ameen.
In limiting someone’s speech, to present a person as ignorant leader, the limits to speech itself means they have knowledge that others don’t want people to know - they’re neither a leader or titled leader given the limited influence, whilst essentially potentially making them qualify as the loss of knowledge while ignorant leaders around the world lead people astray. To be to guide people and lead (title), you’d need significant power. To lead astray also requires the same criterion. To have speech limited = loss of knowledge criteria because someone who’s speaking the truth about what’s happening means people lose their knowledge. It’s interesting, by trying to paint someone as an ignorant leader, they’ve engineered a situation where it becomes loss of knowledge while ignorant leaders lead people astray. It becomes a uno reverse self fulfilling strategy of sorts. It doesn’t necessarily mean loss of knowledge is because people aren’t listening to ulamah because Bukhari says how sadly our ulamah can be harmed and susceptible to external pressure and there was a lot of objections historically about politics and scholarship mixing because they could use the scholars to mislead the people. That becomes another loss of knowledge factor, while those who know also can’t speak (another loss of knowledge) while ignorant leaders lead people (enforcing the ulamah to speak on behalf of their vested interests) astray. It almost about triple qualifying factor. The only thing remaining is death of scholars. The wording death of scholars seems to be very much on the tin. Question is what would lead to such an event?
