Stationed in India, yk. Then picking up + disposing of black + brown people at its own convenience. This 1st happened in response to race riots where repatriation drives were the response. If done today or future, anyone indignant would leave using their white privilege for good. The race relations board created to hear complaints but existed for posturing purposes. Most black + Asian people didn’t know about it.

In 1998, a law, I believe, was said to be abolished, however, it remains in effect, particularly wielded by white people against a non white person. With it being illegitimately applying sharia law having engineered the situation on a disabled person to hand over responsibility to sharia law instead, while, in actuality, it originated from historic barbaric practices.

A boycott of bus services led to the dissolution of disqualifying black people from being recruited into the bus industry. That’s wonderful. People working together to create meaningful changes. Peaceful resistance through boycotting bus services. In autobiography of Malcolm X, he spoke about how everyone lined up to free a person or stop a person from being harmed. The act of collective peaceful resistance worked.

Acts of discrimination under the race relations act 1965 was said to include an unreasonable delay in serving someone, overcharging, etc. Last year, a staff at a fish + chips shop made fun of me for lip reading, instead of being discouraged from disability discrimination, this year, they were made to overcharge me as retaliation from others. She was smiling so much. That’s both race + disability discrimination.

At any time, due to retaliation, inability to address own racism, peoples citizenship + movement can be affected even if you’re born here. It’s just as much ours as theirs. We’re supposed to be protected, especially the sick + disabled, not weaken or justify absence of protections. Equality Act 2010 was made for us.

In Notting Hill, 1958, white people were arrested (not unequal in that sense) for racist attacks. But it was downplayed as ‘hooliganism’ by both parties and the original source ignored. This continues today in news publications, some which are noted for their lack of impartiality. My Prophet (SAWS), I feel, would have noted the source to be able to address the underlying issue to cultivate good race relations.

This passage makes me think how if I was white, maybe something would have been done about me being raped. It is known it happened by those who can do something but encouraged rapist to ‘clean up mess’ + perjwos wipes were perhaps an allusion (25) to his girl, I’m fearing retaliation. My Prophet (SAWS) + the sahabah’s, it is said that they gathered together to find the rapist to address what had happened.

“No blacks, no dogs, no Irish” exacerbated poor race relations. Such dehumanising language. Dog is still used today for non white people, a giveaway for racism. This would not be used for white people unless to communicate coordinated dehumanisation - last year Sabrina Carpenter’s mans best friend cover) + Taylor Swift with variations of the word dog for Charli. This is not the way to talk about anyone ever.

Last year, I said rickety on socials. In ballad for Sophie it mentioned tuberculosis. Cold emoji likes on socials. On this page it says rickety, tuberculosis, cold + ‘frozen shoulders’ elsewhere, Adrienne. Black white, mixed. Retaliation for making them look ‘bad’ using nhs to commit medical crimes. So messed up. Saying harming disabled person to save other disabled people, erm, EQUALITY ACT.

Not informing people of their rights and processes feels a little like racism, the negligence involved, even if it’s from a non white person, probably wouldn’t have dared to be done to a white person who’s asking, maybe they’d behave much differently.

The Prophet (SAWS): what would he have done? I cannot imagine his response to people defending themselves when they’re rioted against would be to make them leave. He might encourage to stop the oppressors for the sake of their own good. Again, not doing so could open those using their privilege to harm us non white people could open themselves up to the dua of the oppressed as well, so true care would ensure they are prevented from harming us. Maybe the sahabah’s even, even during the civil rights movement, they would have collectively tried to ensure people are protected from harm. White people who care would use their privilege for good. I do think mediation where possible is a good idea for those who have responsibility and are third parties to deescalate, you know, I remember in school, I feel it used to work when teachers intervened and actually did mediation, that’s my experience anyway, in secondary school they were actually really good at mediating. Mediation from those who are overseers is an incredibly effective tool, those with authority knowing they have authority should have mediated and made the avenues for complaints easier. They should have initiated mediation because those involved have emotions involved and may be displeased by things so the responsibility is on real leadership, those in actual titled leadership positions, to mediate. Public display posturing doesn’t create meaningful change and those who are still oppressed behind the scenes, again, they have the weapon of the dua of the oppressed. May God guide people to ensuring mediation from the start initiated by titled leaders who are third parties to the situation and therefore perform their granted positions of power and authority in the land to them.

When it comes to challenges about race, it says government services were exempt from legal challenges. That doesn’t make sense. Since laws come from top down, it means legislations regarding race are as a result from within powerful entities, which means there is therefore a greater requirement from there. Even the Prophet (SAWS) allowed himself to be challenged when someone felt hurt by him and he accepted it.. he was humble enough to, this should extend from top to bottom, even more greatly required at the top as this is where rules are being issued. May God guide it to this one day. Ameen.
