I just finished chapters 3 & 4. My biggest takeaway was that student compliance (behavior) does not necessarily mean they are learning. I know I focus a lot on behavior, so this statement really made me think more about my teaching.

Prometheus No. The book seemed like some dense technical material and thought you needed some push! :)

So are you an effective PLC leader yet?


Ashley Cooprider Ha - I am not "effective" yet but hopefully I will be this year! I am a "department leader" so we'll see how it goes. :)
