Chapters 5 & 6 talk about common assessments, and how having common assessments for students is a good way to ensure equity.

I just finished chapters 3 & 4. My biggest takeaway was that student compliance (behavior) does not necessarily mean they are learning. I know I focus a lot on behavior, so this statement really made me think more about my teaching.

No. The book seemed like some dense technical material and thought you needed some push! :)So are you an effective PLC leader yet?
