I just finished chapters 3 & 4. My biggest takeaway was that student compliance (behavior) does not necessarily mean they are learning. I know I focus a lot on behavior, so this statement really made me think more about my teaching.

I've read chapters 1 & 2 and filled out a reflection form. There's a lot of information to get through, and I eager to have a conversation with other teachers re: the subject matter in August.
