So far...its the standard fare--- a man who has lost everything in his normal life, including his license to practice medicine somehow thinks it would be a good idea to go to Yemen and serve as a surgeon with some unnamed ngo. It will help him overcome years of crippling loneliness, an opioid addiction, and set him on a healing journey. 🤷‍♀️
