She saw me separated from my friends, tried to gain my trust with lies I quickly exposed then asked me to walk up a dark street to tell her what the sign said. I knew the street name already. Some of my friends lived up there. She basically begged me to walk up the street anyway. I often wonder if I'd be alive today if she'd been successful. Was the purpose to raise me as her own? Did her boyfriend put her up to it? Why me?(less)
