Hi, my name is Stephanie Anne!

I’m an oddball extraordinaire, and I love all things strange and monstrous. Specializing in disturbing and domestic horror, I enjoy making people uncomfortable.

My stories may not be scary in the “jumpscare” sense, but after reading one of my books you’ll never look at certain every-day things the same way again. If you like unsettling tales of torment and trauma, you're in for a treat.

My writing assistants are Minerva, Finn, Bubs, and Janey. Unfortunately, these free-spirited felines like to sleep on the job. That is, when they aren’t stepping on my keyboard and adding extra words to my books.

A well written piece of literary/weird fiction. Personally, I preferred the part of the story that centered around Abe and Dan as I found that to be the strongest part of the story. Part of me wanted more from them and less of the history of the p

This is not the kind of book I typically would have gravitated towards. I won a copy in a contest and decided to give it a try. I was initially worried, based on the book description, that it would be too religious for my liking. But thankfully it wa ...more

A wonderful read. There were so many interesting elements, characters, and themes that I’m not sure every element got the attention it deserved. But overall this was a fantastic read with lots to think about.

I saw another review saying that this book is basically "American Psycho" for girls and I can't think of a better comparison. I kind of even felt the same way reading this as I did "American Psycho". ...more

Going into this, I knew I had seen the movie but I could not remember the plot. And although I like Dick's style of writing, the themes he explores, and some of the lines of dialogue, overall, this story didn't really do it for me. I guess that's why ...more

Overall, I'd say the previous book in the series has been the strongest so far, but this one was still tons of fun. I particularly enjoyed the added emphasis on literature. Also, what's not to love about an insane train named Blain? ...more
