Join this terrific bike tour company on an easy two-hour tour of beautiful Nantucket, highlighting the fun and eccentric stories in the book, which is the true tale of the colorful adventures of Dr. Timothy Lepore, Nantucket’s jack-of-all-trades doctor. So, on the same day that The Washington Post had that minor bit of news that it was being bought by Jeff Bezos, it also had this much more important piece - five recommended summer reads, including Island Practice! The Island Practice audiobook somehow got on New York's Metropolitan Transit Authority website. Not sure how that happened. I guess folks can plan a train trip and download the book at the same time. No doubt Joe Barrett's great recording of the book will make a Metro North commute much more pleasant.
