Well, this is a nice surprise: The Island Review, an innovative and visually beautiful online magazine dedicated to all things island, has published a piece I wrote about a floating island. This was before I started working on my book "Island Practice," and it was quite a fun story to do - wonder if the island is still floating around. The Island Practice audiobook somehow got on New York's Metropolitan Transit Authority website. Not sure how that happened. I guess folks can plan a train trip and download the book at the same time. No doubt Joe Barrett's great recording of the book will make a Metro North commute much more pleasant.
