That Never Comes

I’m not seeing eye to eye with the all-seeing eye
It sees everything and I feel blind.
Vaccines made to steal
I ask why?
It seems
that eye has become blind.
Thought I saw a flying octopi outside,
Must’ve been gazing into Nemo’s 3rd eye.
Just call me D-Nice,
actually my name is Heatt, just say it thrice.
Most rich people look dead inside
Lost the fire in their eye
I wonder why?
I wrote a rhyme while Clipping Coupons
Some people have hollow eyes
Not a lack of depth
but a look of death
Like their life has been hollowed out
and all they have is a biological remnant
of something (they left)
Vital once, but now benign
resigned
Waiting for that one last time
to feel alive

Litmus Test

What if humanity
never existed
and there wasn’t
any history?
How would you treat
a person
you meet
tomorrow?

The Illogical School of Irrationality.

I'm developing my own style/genre of writing tentatively called The Illogical School of Irrationality. I got the idea thinking about AI and how people are now using AI to write books. The only things that will separate original writers from the AI crap are humor and poetry, the more illogical or irrational the better.

AI cannot duplicate those unique traits that only come from the human mind. On a philosophical level, we live in a chaotic world rife with corruption and evil, so thinking opposite of that is a rejection of such a world and yearning for a better one.

We are constantly besieged by mind-control methods of propagandized politics, mass media, putrid pop culture, and ad-induced materialism that tell us what to think. To be illogical today is a badge of honor.

Historically, rationality has been weaponized. Why did people freely follow orders and march into concentration camps during WWII? Because "authorities" told them to and it was the rational and logical thing to do. Why do people today take the mRNA vaccines and boosters when they clearly don't work and cause heart issues? Because the authorities said so and it is the logical and rational thing to do. Why do people pay taxes and not revolt? Because authorities say so and it is logical and rational to pay even though we have no say where the money goes.

So, I'm starting my own style of writing that is opposite of that, hence the name The Illogical School of Irrationality. It probably won't win me any publishing awards, but it's rejuvenated my writing.

Bedouin in a Fallen Desert, my next poetry book, will be the first official book written in that style.

To the manipulated masses it seems perfectly rational to follow the experts, who are really Judas Goats leading them to authoritative prisons. Bill Gates, Peter Thiel, Sam Altman, Elon Musk, and Zuckerberg are just a few, yet they follow orders like me and you. Bankers and Industrialists dictate the news. Lies are what they spew. I thought you knew?

Mossad/CIA/DARPA tell you what to do. A basic set of rules yet never question who rules over you.

Highway of Tears novel

13 years ago I wrote the found footage screenplay Highway of Tears. After hundreds of attempts of marketing the script to agents, managers, producers, going to the AFM, trying my hand at independent producing, pitching to investors, everything short of pulling a heist, the movie never got made.

Now, in 2025 I wrote the epistolary novel. Highway of Tears is a story that people can finally read and experience, no gatekeepers or $300k budget required. The book is cheaper than a happy meal, a great deal in this age of inflation.

Being stubborn is courage, born from belief. That is what I think matters, despite entertainment monopolies treating movies like propaganda-delivery-devices. There is still freedom of speech and expression.

Highway of Tears is about two college graduates who take a road trip on the deadliest highway in North America. The novel is based on the terrifying real story of Highway 16 in British Columbia, nicknamed the Highway of Tears.

50 women have been killed or have gone missing the past 40 years on Highway 16 in British Columbia, Canada. Locals insist the body count is higher and speculate that a serial killer is at work. Police are baffled by these crimes and women continue to be abducted on the lonely highway surrounded by remote stretches of wilderness.

Ignorant to the history of the Highway of Tears, two best friends celebrate their college graduation by taking one last road trip before going their separate ways. The girls bring along a video camera to document the trip. Their plans include camping, kayaking, and hiking, but their trip quickly becomes a frantic struggle for survival against a homicidal killer intent on making them the latest victims of the Highway of Tears.

The paperback is on Amazon:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/1735146544

The ebook is on Amazon also:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0F27LWGKW

Writing a horror/thriller is like being a detective surveying a crime scene, you can never have too many details...unless you're Edgar Allan Poe. Then you just have to finally publish the dang thing and be done with it already.

Enjoy the story, if you dare.

Audiobooks

Check out one of my audiobooks this holiday season. I have a few free codes available, plus Audible offers a free trial. Links below.

AnonMan: An unemployed man receives an anonymous letter full of cash in the mail. His
problems are just beginning…
https://www.audible.com/pd/B07DL8X2M2...

Reflections of Darkness: A horror anthology composed of four terrifying tales that culminates in the question, "If you could kill one person, who would it be and how would you do it?"
https://www.audible.com/pd/B09PVLVYL4...

Teaching Snapping Turtles: Trying to reason with a Republican or Democrat is like teaching a snapping turtle how to chew bubblegum. This conclusion birthed the title of my book. Teaching Snapping Turtles is an opinionated nonfiction book about American Society in the 21st Century. The problem with politics is that both parties believe they're right. No matter what. Only the "other person" needs to change. The shell is a happy place.
