My name is Tim Jopling and I love any spy and espionage books, TV, or films! People always say you write about what you know and although I've never had any personal experience (I've worked in the IT sector for 16 years!) I've read a lot of novels (you can't really beat the original Ian Fleming novels in my opinion) and watched as many TV shows and films as I possibly can. I'm a big James Bond fan (not the spoofy ones, my favourites are the grittier ones with Daniel Craig and Timothy Dalton is my favourite Bond - nothing to do with the name mind you!) and loved all the seasons of 24.

Revised versions of the Akira and Deane Thriller Series

Listening to review feedback is so important as a writer if you ask me. So much so that I went back to my novels 'Out of the Shadows' and 'Underground Murmurs' and made significant changes.

In particular I re-wrote the start of 'Out of the Shadows' to focus more on the main characters of Olsen and Deane. I also added in an additional Akira storyline and made some other tweaks throughout.
