However, ULTRA reports did not reveal the true source of the intelligence-cryptanalysis. The reports were written with false sources, HUMINT, reconnaissance, etc.. There were multiple spies in Britain that had ULTRA access, but even so, the true source was not compromised. Tony had access to ULTRA, but very restricted knowledge beyond that. Note that they kept him compartmented and restricted access at BP. So, it's not a stretch to consider the potential of an SOE mission greater than the risk to Tony's level of ULTRA knowledge. A war was in progress and cases of deviation from the norm were many and varied. ASSIGNMENT: NORWAY will be a case in point. Even in my career, there were many cases where potential yield versus risk of loss came out in favor of yield. (less)

I think I got enough to 'decipher' it. :) First, thank you for your kind words and support. Second, what is next? Another "Assignment" book in the CDR Romella series, WWII, picking up where "London" left off. I'm about 1/3 or so through the next manuscript. If you liked "London," you'll definitely like book 3. Tony is going back in harms way, of course. Cheers!(less)
