Zeigarnik
Extremely well written. Insightful and full of useful information. For years I’ve been trying to come up with the perfect system for note keeping. I’ve tried disc-bound system, the rocket notebook, and others. I keep coming back to the bullet journal. Now that I have seen the process by which Ryder Carrol developed his system, it really opens me up to potentially helpful applications. I got this as a digital borrow from my library, but I intend to scour eBay for a hard copy of the sold out (on Amazon) version. And I might buy the digital just to boot. I highly recommend this book to anyone who with bullet journal interests.
