I’m going through Harper Fox’s Tyack & Frayne Mysteries again and can’t help wondering what happened to Harper. I heard she had a stroke but nothing else.

I’ve searched the web but can’t find anything past 2017. Does anyone know?

I had to cancel my Patreon support during the Covid shutdowns so I don’t even know if she’s still on there.

I’m really struggling here and I’m not sure why.

I’m struggling with this one. I really don’t enjoy first person narrative but I’m worried I’m being too harsh because of the brilliant book I just finished.

I can’t say this is PWP because it does have a plot. Kinda. If you squint and turn your head just right. Maybe stick your tongue out or bite your lip.

I don’t know why I bought this. I wasn’t overly impressed with the Omega Auction Chronicles & didn’t finish that series & this is a spin off of that one.

Nothing against either author but I enjoyed Lynn Hagan’s Brac Pack series much better back in the day.

Picked this back up yesterday. Started over. Instead of ADHD I’m now thinking Eli is Bipolar with a side of PTSD. So many events hinted at but not explained. Darling Mal, I think I know what Eli is keeping hidden from him and I don’t believe I’ll withstand the heartbreak.

Giving this another try. Friends either loved or hated it & I didn’t write a review. Gave it 3 stars though.

Struggling. Read a chapter then find something else to do. It’s really dragging. I think the author could have cut a lot out & kept this to one book.

I'm a little confused about the topics of their assassination conversations in very public places. I had the same problem in Hug It Out. There was just a conversation about placing bombs around a bar in a bathroom stall of the bar they are blowing up. A bar bathroom handicapped stall. Hello, everyone can hear you!

I’m heartbroken. Justine Sebastian should be ashamed. I’m all snuggled in on a rainy Saturday with the fireplace crackling & Hubby told to fend for himself but instead of chills & goosebumps from ghosts & things that go bump I’m crying from loss. I’ve been sideswiped!!

Good Lawd I love the writing here. Suspenseful and creepy! Beware, I’ve already spooked myself while reading on my patio after dark. Keep the lights on!

I’m thinking Audible just isn’t for me. I enjoy the story & the narrator is amazing BUT I have to keep rewinding because I’ve lost the thread. Perfect example of ‘Its not you, it’s me’. I should give up & read instead.

Surprisingly engaging. This is not the light and fluffy read I was expecting. Very well written so far.

Matt shivered and reached for the hem of his shirt, trying to will his boots off. He had to bend over to get them, and James ran a hand down Matt’s naked spine, slipping fingers under Matt’s waistband and rubbing that spot at the top of Matt’s crack that made him want to thump his leg like a dog getting his sweet spot scratched.

I’m having the worst luck lately. In just the past week I’ve had 5 books I want to read as part of a series not be available. I mean seriously GONE! The books are listed on GR but not at the listed publisher, Amazon or Smashwords. These are several different authors whose websites are months out of date or not about their books AT ALL. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
