في ظل هذا العصر السريع، ننسى كيف نستمتع بقليل من الهدوء ونروي العقل بقراءة أدبية مميزة، اعتدنا مثلا ان ننتظر العروض التليفزيونية ونتابع الحلقة بعض الحلقة بتلهف ناهيك عن انتظارنا اذا كان للعرض جزءاً أخر لن نراه إلا بعد عام. لكن الغريب ان هذا هو الشعور الذي انتابني وانا اقراء أولى سطور تلك الرواية، استمتعت بالتصوير الرائع للكاتبة الذي رسم لي البطل بشيء من التفصيل ومتشوق جدا لإكمال تلك الرواية، تماما كالعرض التليفزيوني

Just finished Chapter 8: Enlightened Relationships may be the best chapters to read so far, although it is filled with some twisted beliefs, as the whole book is, it also has some good points and pointers that actually can spot the light on the real reasons why relationships tend to be so dramatic and full of pain.

just finished the 5th chapter: State of Presence, and let me tell you, it's pure evil and Kufr, this chapter was so disturbing to me, I do find some good quotes and enlightening concepts that help understand how I feel and think and act, but rather than that, such a book is full trash and repetitive words that needs you to be, ironically, fully aware to navigate through it without harming your beliefs.

أنهيت للتو الفصل الثالث من الكتاب المعنون:
Moving Deeply Into the Now
ما اجده مرهق في هذا الكتاب هو التكرار المنهك للفكرة نفسها بدون اي تطبيقات او طرق تساعد على التغيير، ناهيك عن انه لا يهتم بتاتا بالجانب العلمي والمصادر التي تبرز أهميتها في هذا الباب النفسي بالتحديد.. ولهذا فكرت بشكل متكرر على عدم اكماله، ولكن؛ دائما ما اجد الكتاب يحتوي على بعض المقولات التي تلفنت انتباهي وتثير رغبتي في اكماله

the thing about this book is that it seems naive and basic, but at the same point it gives you the idea to start reconsidering how you manage your state of mind.
wondering around your thought-emotion duality and how does it consume you. so far, I don't agree with everything it says, but it really gives a refreshing view to self.
