I just started the book because of the name and the beginning, so I had no idea what to expect apart from what the style of the text suggested. I thought to myself "a nonfictional essay" and boy, oh boy, I was wrong. Such a twist. And a debut!

Battle Royal was one of the most engaging pieces of literature that I have ever read.

Wrote the essay. Now I can read at ease.
