Why am I even re-reading the story when I already gave it one star? I've decided to give a second chance to some books I hated in 2021, that's why.
Who knows, maybe I won't dislike it this time around... as much, at least.
Someone please stop me from self-destructing.

Cal is still my fave MC from the series tho.
i dnfed this a while back... do u recommend i give it another shot? bcos i legit dnfed since it was either single POV, or third person lmao.

@Ellie, I actually love the single POV in this one. Cal, the narrator, is my one positive, both in my first read and so far in this re-read too. He's my favorite MC from all three books (Although Lane from the second is great too! Then the third one... *crickets*). Maybeeee you'll like it more? But if you cannot with seriously mean, cold, self absorbed, zero empathy love interests then I say stay far away.
Books that make you feel are the best.
