Lucia Priandarini lahir dan dibesarkan dalam rumah penuh buku. Setelah lulus dari Ilmu Komunikasi FISIP Universitas Indonesia, ia sempat menjadi reporter di media gaya hidup, menulis naskah nonfiksi untuk penerbit, serta menulis konten untuk media daring. Kini ia bekerja mendokumentasikan pendampingan komunitas pembatik dan penenun di beberapa daerah.

Episode Hujan dan 11.11 (2016) adalah 2 novel pertamanya. Ia menerbitkan buku nonfiksi kesembilannya, Mengejar Ujung Pelangi pada 2020. Pada 2021 ia menerbitkan kumpulan puisi pertamanya, Panduan Sehari-hari Kaum Introver dan Mager. Buku ini menjadi nomine buku sastra pilihan Tempo kategori puisi tahun 2021.
