"Surprise! I am a Virgin.Hero discovers heroine is a virgin during sex"
With historical novels, which are also on this list, it is not much of a surprise... Now is it?

Depends on the novel. In A Texan's Luck, the H assumed the h was a trollop that tricked his father into signing him up for a marriage by proxy and so when she shows up after several years to consummate the marriage he doesn't discover until after she's left that she was a virgin.
@KristyIt says "Hero discovers heroine is a virgin during sex".
With most historical novels, that is not much of a 'discovery' to make 😃

I think the list creator needs to elaborate on WHY heroine being a virgin is a surprise. That will also help readers add more books to the list.
Maybe something like...
