This is a nice compilation. I see a few titles I might like to pick up later. Thanks for the list!!

You're welcome. I haven't read everything on here. But, When I run across any I'll add them. They seem rather rare.

I'm curious why someone added some of these. I don't remember there being F/F in the Mercy Thompson, Riley Jenson, or The Edge series for instance. But it's possible I have a faulty memory. I haven't read Psy-Changeling or Alpha and Omega series yet but I don't think they sound like F/F either...

Ok, more than half of these books are F/F. Did you actually read all these books.

I don't understand your question Trisan. The list is titled "F/F Paranormal and Urban Fantasy" they're supposed to ALL be F/F.

I know what you mean. Which is why I posted messsage #3. I hate when people do crap like that to just promote their favorite books. I kind of wish there was a way to remove books from lists when they clearly don't belong.

It makes it difficult for people to find new things to read. I suppose I could make a list and put it in a thread in the F/F group but then people can't vote on their favorites. It also kind of defeats the purpose of a listopia list.

I came across something similar in another list about books you wish more people knew about. Somebody had gone and put New York Times best seller books in it. I wish people would respect these lists more.

Possibly put in the description what F/F means so all the straight people out there don't get confused. :)

Yeah, I wish there was a way to prune the lists. I mean, there are a bunch of non-F/F books on this list, and voted up to the top, which makes it a big pain to sort through for actual F/F. If books are flagrantly mis-categorized or added wrongly, they should be able to be removed...

I just dropped by to find out what F/F meant.

Librarians can prune lists. I'll add a note to the description and get rid of the books that I've read that I know aren't lesbian fiction, but I'm probably not going to be back to this list to maintain it.

I've gone through and removed everything that was obvious (to me because I read them) and doesn't feature f/f(lesbian) pairings. Authors included in removal are: Richelle Mead, Nalini Singh, Kresley Cole, Karen Marie Moning, Jennifer Estep, Keri Arthur, Ilona Andrews, Laurell K. Hamilton, Patricia Briggs, Kim Harrison, Shelley Laurensten, Yasmine Galenorn, Eileen Wilks, Thea Harrison, and Nora Roberts.

I've never personally read the following but they're suspect to me, so I'm going to look at them further: Santa Olivia, & Saints Astray by Jacqueline Carey; She's No Faerie Princess, & Wolf at the Door by Christine Warren; Conspiracy Game, Night Game, & Shadow Game by Christine Feehan; Never Cry Wolf by Cynthia Eden; Hunter's Moon by C.T. Adams; and Blue Moon by Lori Handeland.

If you know if any of those do actually belong on this list, post a comment. If you know of any others that shouldn't be here, comment.

I'll try and keep this list clean if everyone can let me know if something shows up on here that shouldn't be there :)

None of those books by Christine Feehan feature f/f pairings

Thanks Trisan! I've removed those, as well as Christine Warren, C.T. Adams, Lori Handeland, and Cynthia Eden.

The rest look like they belong, or I'm not really sure of them so I'll leave them. :)

the books by Connie Suttle have no f/f content so they don't belong here although they are very good

Laurel K. Hamilton isn't F/F though her recent books (Anita Blake Vampire Huntress series), since Harlequin, have begun to feature F/F relationships surrounding the protagonist.

P. Briggs' Mercy Thompson series has never featured any that I can re-call.

I've never read a Nora Roberts that included F/F content.

Richelle Mead's Succubus series has ONE F/F scene, but then I haven't read the last 2 books.

Kim Harrison's Hollows series had a budding but struggling relationship between the protagonist and a lead. Sadly, in my estimation, they moved on.

Yasmine Galenorn- only read one from the sisters' series. It DID have a F/F scene..... Yeah.

Most of that doesn't count but, hey.

The rest, Angela, I have either not read or hadn't completed the series.

It is majorly lovely though to at least have a starting point. I'll check the books' reviews (I know. Tedious) to confirm the presence of actual F/F content.

The two Jacqueline Carey novels, at least, definitely belong -- the romantic relationship at their core is a lesbian one between Loup and Pilar. (There's a M/F/F polyamorous triad in the background too!)
