She signed a super serious contract that swore her to super secrecy about this case... so within 24 hours she's already told five people without so much as a single thought about the contract?

Who calls their niece "Niece"? For example, “Now, you’re not playing fair, Niece"? Is that a British thing i don't know about? It just sounds unnatural to me.

Very slow going.

This is kinda hard to read.

This story has the potential inside it to be amazing - but the run on sentences, the pacing and the useless information that pours out of Robyn's mouth/brain... Oye! While I have a feeling this will be a series I really don't think I would be able to do it!!!!

And we've reached the great information dump and I feel like I've been slammed with a great deal of information and no way to process it effectively. The pace is killing me. There are way too many words in the sentences and not enough periods and commas to be seen...

This is painful... It could be good but it feels like the words came out and punctuation be damned!!! I shall preserve.

In one big paragraph she contradicted herself on not knowing how to speak fairy. At first she said she didn't speak fairy and at the end she said she did; only six people know. wow, that was a long cereal opening scene.

I really can't get into the book. The first hurtle is the Grammer and constantly fixing the sentence so it makes sense. I got confuse a few times because of those mistakes. The second hurtle, most of the pages have a lot of sentences that don't flow well. I end up reading that sentence a few time.

I don't know that I can actually read this... The writing is - choppy at times and at others draining. This may join the DNF pile very soon!

This makes NO SENSE WHATSOEVER. I know Klein wanted to throw in a big twist, but that was just nonsensical.

We appear to be reaching no dramatic climax, although I suppose it might be too soon to tell. Or maybe I'm just being cynical because the rest of this book was so bad.

Why does every other line of dialogue end with an ellipsis? And why do some of the ellipses have four periods?

And now, Robyn has used the word 'retarded' casually, without anyone pointing out how fucked up that is. *sighs*

That action scene wasn't actually that bad; not well-written, but at least suspenseful.
