It started a bit slow, but I'm invested now!! And oooooh, Talon, a fae MMC is so sexy, I wish like hell he was real.

Oof, this one kind of has me in my feelings. She finds her mate, he seems excited at first - BUT he's engaged to a human woman. a PREGNANT human woman. The heartbreaking monologue in her head . . . I'm gonna need a bucket of Cold Stone's Mud Pie Mojo to get through this.

Normally, this wouldn't be my jam, but I'm kinda glad I gave it a shot. This was on one of the "Stuff Your Kindle" lists and it was short, so what the hell, right? This droid has some anomaly which gives him a very sarcastic personality. I guess one of the questions this little novella is asking is what is sentient and when is that line crossed?

The author did an excellent job of world and character building. I have a real love/hate relationship with the MMC. He's incredibly sexy, but such an asshole.

Enemies to lovers is a trope I don’t love. Don’t hate it either, but this book is FIYAH. It was slow going for the first 25% but now, I cannot wait for these guys to work out their shit. I started out 85% disliking the MMC, Darius. But now I think he 60% asshole and 40% hot. Those numbers are very likely to change as I keep going.

I’m having trouble getting in to this book. But I’ll keep trying . . . For now.

Ooh buoy, zero steam in the first couple of books in this series, and then BAM! ON A SCALE OF 1 - 5, this is an 8. I guess when you’ve got 10 mates, you’re going to have a lot of sex.

I’ve never read anything by this author. So far, I’m liking this book, and I’m LOVING the FMC.

I loved this series, every book. But I have to admit, this one is taking me a while to get in to.

A pretty easy read so far. Of course with Renee Rose you get spankings, dubious consent, and hot alpha males. And I’m here for it.

I don’t know guys. This book is giving me whiplash. At times I really hate the FMC, and at other times I find myself reading a scene with a big smile on my face. I will admit, however, that the guy on the cover is super hot.

I really really really hate when an author simply cannot write a strong woman without turning her into a bitch. Only 10% in and I kinda hate the FMC. I’m willing to go a bit further, but if it doesn’t improve I’m gonna give up.

Strong silent type MMC, and also strong FMC. What's not to love?!

Thoroughly enjoyable. As far as the rejected mates trope goes, this is the best “grovel novel” I’ve read. Nothing like an alphahole who holds himself accountable for his actions and will do anything to fix things with his mate.

I am LOVING our heroine.

A retelling of some of their novellas in the Solaria universe. A few new novellas and an introduction to each one by "Lionel." It's supposed to keep us entertained until the release of Book 9 in the series. It did pull me back in, but nothing new here.

OMG Guys, I’m LOVING this book. The FMC is one of the best I’ve ever read. The storyline is so good, I don’t even care about the smut. (Yes, there’s some smut, but not an undue amount. The Instagram ad algorithm got this one right for a change.

I hate when life gets in the way of my reading.

World and character building are well done. But I admit our MMC, Cassius, is a more tortured soul than Louis in “Interview With A Vampire.”

Oh I do love me a hot, sexy, arrogant, alpha male vampire.

Another excellent installment in this series. Ms. Foss never disappoints.
