I liked Charlotte until she backed down so quickly and turned meek about the sketch artist. I'm just annoyed by her now.

I am two chapters in and the author really needs to research if she's going to write books based in the US. She calls Animal Control the "animal welfare agency" and said Sophie became a vet by going to community college. I feel like this book may be a DNF if this is the road we're going down.

I'm over half way through and these characters are the worst. The FMC is a judgemental biatch, her friend obviously doesn't care about girl code because she'd jump Cash at the first opportunity, and I didn't like Cash in the first book and he's just as irritating here. I hope the next book is better because this book is looking like Strike 2 since the first one was meh with a bunch of typos as well.

I'm so baffled. This book says Jagger doesn't know about the society - when he was in it. It also says he's not playing football because of his knee - which was healed in his book. And it says Knox is new - but Knox was in the last book. I really don't understand what's happening here.
