soo…this was an instalove novella with an age gap. the age gap made me feel not the most comfortable. (she’s 19 and he’s 33). guess that means i have a developed frontal lobe b/c that gap wouldn’t have bothered me 5 years ago. but now i’m like that’s kind of problematic…but oh well, they were cute or whatever (i guess)

love a short and sweet novella! also, this is the first book i’ve read (i think) that has an epilogue that is multiple decades in the future - love that!

*sigh* this was probably my favorite book in the series! and i’m so surprised bc i don’t really care for enemies to lovers but when i was reading the first 2 books in the series i HAD to read this one bc honey and beau had such intense tension. also, i love a good forbidden romance. wish i got an epilogue of them further in the future but oh well.

love me a childhood friends to lovers / second chance romance. also, baylee’s a hilarious fmc. love that lol. and i love me a mmc who loves to take care of his woman. glad he got his head outta his ass (eventually) and realized that the perfect woman for him was his best friend.

i see myself reading the next two books in this series. this one was decent. i wish rhett groveled a bit more but he protected her when it mattered the most so it is what it is. glad i got the chance to witness their hea :)

whew, not a bad book.
there were plenty of times when jace made me want to grip my hands around his neck and strangle the shit outta him but he improved, thankfully.
and this story took a crazy ass turn when rory was almost murdered twice, my goodness.
also, cooper didn’t even seem attractive enough to be that much of a fucking asshole neither did the band mates.
and fuck rory’s dad, what a pushover..

*sigh* this book has probably some of the best groveling from a man, honestly. fox fucked up so badly that idek if i could forgive something so heartbreaking. but the fact that he actually SHOWED lucy he loves her and that he fucked hp tremendously, instead of just saying it a bunch of times, i’m satisfied.

i just wish there was an epilogue.

he lost me with the whole “punishing her” by kissing another woman’s hand (and thinking about fondling said woman but deciding to not go through with it bc it made him nauseous) but everything else i didn’t hate (thankfully)

wouldn’t mind reading other books in this series

don’t ask me why it took me so long to finish this…i could’ve been done with this 3 days ago (especially considering i only had 2 chapters and the epilogue to finish)

either way, the book was good! i enjoyed it! well, except for julian believing the worst in natasha WITHOUT EVEN ASKING HER ABOUT ANYTHING, but i digress

wow, this is probably one of the best “betrayal” / second-chance romances i’ve read bc i was so not sure how roman was going to grovel enough. like the shit he said and did had me thinking that shit was unforgivable - he was such a shitty husband. but man, oh man, did he not improve himself in such a spectacular way.

i’m very impressed with how much i liked this book lol.

well, this was something lol. was debating on finishing it bc i stopped reading it for a bit (while i worked this week) but i’m glad i went ahead and finished it. it was okay? it could’ve been worse. though, i likely won’t read this ever again.

…so, clearly this is one of my favorite book series bc i’ve gone MULTIPLE MONTHS without reading a damn thing and here i go reading this over 500 page book IN LESS THAN A DAY…what’s it been like 14 hours? AND I WAS SLEEP FOR SIX OF THEM

i should’ve known that it wasn’t gonna be all sunshine and rainbows with the 5 of them but i’m disappointed with the conflict. part of me knows it’s likely that they will all be able to be in a relationship with zee but i don’t really care for why choose romances when there is a clear “leader” between the men. it makes shit awkward for me when one is much more possessive (i’m looking at you weston)

whew, this book was reallyyyy good i tell ya. spicy but also pretty romantic. also, I KNEW REECE WOULD KNOW ZEE IN SOMEWAY. i didn’t know to what extent but i had a feeling he would. zee being his first love and the reason he didn’t get on planes and didn’t want to be romantically involved with any other women squeezes my heart…now zee is stranded with FOUR men in love with her…mymymy

what a ride this book was. unrequited love books always sting but i think this is the first one i read where the person is in love with them for 20 years before something happens…like wow. had me damn near being okay with huggie moving on after the “third act breakup” lol but ofc i’m glad he and melanie made it work.

…okay, full transparency…i read 90% of this book on b/w the 13th & 14th and didn’t read the rest until today (the 27th)…

i didn’t really enjoy the story much and then got bored *shrug* this was just messy for absolutely no reason plus i HATED the shit that happened after nick found out about reed…that behavior was DISRESPECTFUL and DISGUSTING

welp! at least i finished it. on to the next!

temper and bones are just meant to be. they had such a heart wrenching story but a heartwarming ending. i loved it. no notes or suggestions from me haha.

now i have to decide if i wanna continue this series…

whew, i think this is the first book i’ve read where the fmc (who was brutally betrayed by the mmc) gets her *well-deserved* revenge through physical violence

temperance (formerly elyna) did to bones what that MONSTER did to her over those 4 days and i was rooting her on ngl…bones took it (and the group punishment) like a champ though

i wonder if (and how) she could forgive him…guess i’ll find out soon

soooo good! i love a good fated mates (well, in this case “linked” mates) trope and i didn’t even know how significant linked mates would be in this book until i read it! on top of that, it’s been sooo long since i read a vampire book (parker is hybrid and leaned more to his werewolf side lol but still) and i need to seriously read more of them!

love that olivia and parker are a power couple in this too!

i liked this sm! very heavy with the “daddy kink” but such a nice romance. there’s a 24 year age gap and it makes me wonder if this is the largest age gap between (human) characters in a book i’ve read…not 100% certain but i think so lol

i’m surprised i finished this as soon as i did bc it’s a longer book than i wanted to read rn, but that just tells you how much i enjoyed it haha

i’m saaaaad! i didn’t know they were gonna have feelings for each other before the pregnancy trope takes effect! i thought they were gonna have hot sex, and not see each other again until zelda found out she was pregnant! but they’re already falling for each other AND THEY CANT EVEN BE TOGETHER and ben fucked up any thing that could’ve happened by being a ‘realist.’ :((( i need them together rnnn!

what a wild ride! i loved reading violet and roman’s love story. they had a bittersweet start, sad middle, but a happy ending.

i really love this series lol. i’m sooo ready for clover and amos’s book! (id also love a book about roman’s mom and dad bc roman and his mom are so alike lmao)
