Ονομάζομαι Μαρία Στεφάνου Κοβιού. Γεννήθηκα και μεγάλωσα στον Κορυδαλλό. Από παιδί αγαπούσα το θέατρο και το μεγαλύτερο όνειρο της ζωής μου ήταν να γίνω ηθοποιός. Από πολύ μικρή ξεκίνησα μαθήματα Υποκριτικής και Θεάτρου ενώ συμμετείχα σε αρκετές ερασιτεχνικές παραστάσεις. Αργότερα σπούδασα Υποκριτική στο Θέατρο των Αλλαγών και η συγγραφή προέκυψε στη συνέχεια αναπάντεχα, δειλά και ερασιτεχνικά. Άρχισα να γράφω τις πρώτες μου ιστορίες μόνο για εμένα αλλά και για εκείνους που ήθελαν να τις διαβάσουν. Όμως επειδή τα όνειρα είναι για να πραγματοποιούνται, σιγά σιγά χωρίς να το καταλάβω κι εγώ η ίδια πως, ήρθε η στιγμή που κράτησα στα χέρια μου έντυπο το πρώτο μου βιβλίο.
