Dude, how can almost half the books on a best rock star list not have anything to do with rock stars or music? This is not the only list like this either. There are best bdsm fiction that don't any bdsm in them too. Do people just vote on stuff they've never even read or what? I really don't get it. Its stupid.

I think it's because just anyone is allowed to add books. I think that maybe there should be a setting where the creator can approve added books or delete books so this sort of thing doesn't get out of control.

I came to this list for your same reason, I wanted some rec's on good rock n roll themed books and was disappointed I couldnt get that because there were so many books off topic!

So, that's why there were soooo many titles in this list! I think people added any book that mentioned rock and roll in it. Maybe the creator should've added "...where the main characters are rock stars/ member of a rock band, about a rock band, etc..." in the list description.

It probably wouldn't matter what the list creator had written, tbh. Too many people just add books without paying any attention to the criteria unfortunately. There are also a ton of authors who add their books to any list they see, basically spamming them, and they don't seem to notice or care about the lists actual theme.

It's been discussed in Feedback for quite some time but GRs still hasn't given creators the ability to delete books. They can ask GRs to delete them though, but some members aren't aware of that or just don't have the time to keep up on it. :/
